In 1984, brothers Fernando and Santiago Aguerre
founded REEF out of their love for the beach and
surfing. They wanted to make high-quality,
ultra-comfortable products that fit their lifestyle—
so they created sandals that could effortlessly
take them from the beach to the streets and
everywhere in between. Today, REEF sandals are
more than just a footwear choice. It’s a pursuit of
the REEF DREAM. The beach has been the heart and soul of REEF. We believe the beach is where fun and freedom come to life and that there is a deep connection between our well-being and our beaches.
