As a Analytics Engineer, I’ve spent countless hours crunching numbers, building models, and turning raw data into meaningful insights. But beyond the SQL queries and dashboards, I’ve also experienced something truly special: the incredible sense of pride, camaraderie, and fun that comes with being part of this community. Tech people are my people. We’re the ones who geek out over algorithms, debate the best programming languages, and celebrate every successful deployment (or debug session). But here’s the thing—I’ve noticed something missing. While we take so much pride in our work, we don’t always have a way to show it off.
