Calm Kids Resources

My journey began with my own experiences of anxiety, low confidence and feeling unsupported as a child. I know first-hand how challenging it can be to navigate emotions without guidance or resources. That’s why I create digital tools, workbooks, journals and guides that are practical, engaging and designed to help children build confidence, resilience and emotional awareness from a young age. Through Calm Kids Resources, I aim to support parents, teachers and schools with materials that are easy to use and age-appropriate. Every resource I create comes from a place of understanding and a genuine desire to make children’s mental well-being a priority whether at home, in the classroom or in the wider community.
