Bossman was founded in 2014 in the heart of Austin, Texas, by longtime beardsman Stephen Condon. What started as a simple idea to create better products for the beard quickly grew into something much bigger. Frustrated with the lack of high-quality, effective grooming solutions available at the time, Stephen set out to pioneer a line of beard care products that truly worked, and Bossman was born. From day one, Bossman stood for more than just grooming, it stood for confidence, leadership, and the drive to take charge of your life.
