Not every successful business needs a garage – sometimes a backyard is enough: On January 14, 1991, the three partners Martin Uhl, Gunter Bohling, and Thomas Eisele founded Motorradhaus Bohling u. Eisele & Co GmbH in Karlsruhe-Durlach. Their first location was right behind the Gablenz car dealership – but it wouldn't be their last. Success came quickly. After all, they were authorized dealers for the Japanese motorcycle brand that dominated the Grand Prix in the 1990s.
They carry, for example, all 17 leading motorcycle helmet brands , as well as the largest manufacturers of leather suits, motorcycle jackets, motorcycle pants, and motorcycle boots. They also place the utmost importance on quality in motorcycle accessories. For instance, in addition to GIVI, Bagster, and SW-Motech, they also carry products from the German luggage specialist Hepco & Becker.
