Absence IO

absence.io was founded in Munich at the beginning of 2014 by Nikbin Rohany, Karsten Grombach and Tim Kahrmann. Their big goal was to simplify personnel management in small and medium-sized companies by means of smart modular applications - absence management made easy. Vacations and other absences are still managed manually in an alarming number of companies. In fact, to this day, vacation requests are often a time-consuming and tedious undertaking (although it should basically be no more difficult than ordering a cup of coffee). Our solution is a simple software that even small teams can use to automate their leave management and other HR processes cost-effectively and end up saving time and cash.
