Enri Meijers, Achraf Aoulad Abdelaziz, and Hugo Le Conge Kleyn founded 2dekansje.com (the Dutch equivalent of 2echoix.fr ) in 2018 with the mission of innovating and improving the online returns market. After years working in the online retail sector for major retailers, they observed a recurring and costly problem, both economically and environmentally: returns. This process is often one-way and harmful to the environment, even though returned products are often of good quality. They believed it was possible to do better and smarter! They envisioned a platform where you find neither used nor new products, but products given a second chance.
